Expert Guidance
We ensure the right materials are utilized alongside your specific tile choices.
For clay tile, it is important to use TRUE COPPER for all metal components, including nails, valley metal, drip edges, and wall flashings, because copper will remain intact over time. If steel products are used with clay tile, metal rot and erosion will occur, resulting in a damaged roof system. Steel products can be safely used for concrete tile.
Additionally, we’ll install the correct underlayment system and do not rely on the tiles themselves to waterproof your tile roof.
Why work with a certified roofing contractor?
We know tile roofing "dos and don'ts" and will save you from costly repair and replacement costs.

Do not use steel products with clay tile. Metal rot and erosion will occur.
Do use copper nails. This clay tile system was damaged because copper nails were not used.
